Verna Oller Peninsula Story will air Wednesday night on ABC on June 9, and is going viral on the net. The story of Verna Oller is she left 4.5 million dollars to build a community swimming pool and help local school children. Oller's friend Carolyn Glenn and her husband are managing the estate.

Carolyn Glenn and her husband Guy Glenn found a video of an interview a writer had made of Verna Oller, and Carolyn said they have video of Verna at the beach, shot of Long Beach, and an interview with Andrea Noonan who own Circle of Life. Carolyn said the crew fell in love with Verna and she's sure they will use the footage.

The story of Verna Oller is of a remarkable lady who did good in her lifetime, and then left her money to do good after her death. Verna took care of her community. Why is this story going viral?

It's just a nice story of a nice lady who did a good thing in a time when all we get is bad news, it's a need to hear good deeds can happen after death.

YOU BET, GOOD NEWS IS A FEW AND FAR BETWEEN THING, AND STATISTICALLY WE BELONG TO THE MOST HYPOCRITICAL, SELF-CENTERED GENERATION SO FAR
HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT, YOU KNOW ITS GOING INTO THE HISTORY BOOKS
MAYBE IF THE LIVING REMNANT OF THIS GENERATION DOES SOMETHING FOR OTHERS, INSTEAD OF JUST MEASURING THEIR OWN ASSES (BY NOW THEY OUGHT TO KNOW FOR SURE HOW LARGE AND CUMBERSOME THEY ARE) 24/7,
THEY COULD HELP FORESTALL THAT
